CustomWheelset is quote-only. Website lead time, freight, transit, tracking, duties, and delivery information is a Planning estimate. The written quote or invoice identifies the transaction party and the shipping responsibilities for an accepted order.

Production Lead Time

The current catalog range is 15 to 40 days after the written configuration and required payment step are accepted. This is a Planning estimate, not a guaranteed completion date.

Components, artwork approval, quantity, quality checks, holidays, or an approved specification change may affect timing. The quote or invoice confirms the applicable lead time.

Minimum Order Quantity

The website lists an MOQ of one wheelset as a Planning estimate. Component availability, logo requirements, packaging, and quantity pricing may change the applicable MOQ. The written quote confirms it.

Shipping Method and Cost

Shipping method and cost depend on the configuration, quantity, packaging, destination, postal code, and current carrier service. Every website shipping figure is a Planning estimate.

The written quote or invoice must identify the method, cost, included services, transaction party, and responsible parties before an order is accepted.

Tracking

Tracked shipping may be proposed in the quote. Tracking availability and the shipping responsibility shown on the website are Planning estimates until confirmed in writing. When tracking is included, details are provided after dispatch once issued by the carrier. A label event does not necessarily mean carrier collection.

Transit and Delivery

Transit and delivery dates are Planning estimates, not firm arrival promises. Customs, carrier disruption, remote-area service, address issues, weather, holidays, and local delivery conditions can affect arrival.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

The accepted written terms must state responsibility for duties, taxes, brokerage, customs charges, and local fees. Do not assume these charges are prepaid. Destination authorities and service providers may assess charges that are outside the shipping quote.

Address Confirmation

Confirm the destination country, postal code, recipient, phone number, and full address before dispatch. An address change may not be possible after production or shipping starts and may add cost or delay.

Delivery Inspection

Inspect the package and wheelset promptly. Keep the carton, packing material, shipping label, and product until any visible damage or missing item has been reviewed. Photos of the unopened package, damage, label, and contents may be needed for a carrier or order review.
